Philco 60B Restoration Project
Updated December 26, 2007
-
Here is my 1935 Philco model 60B tube radio. I found the radio on EBay in tough but restorable shape. There seems to be very little rust and I was planning to build a new wood cabinet so I was not concerned about the condition of the cabinet. I have also purchased a second radio set on EBay for parts. My hope is to build a complete set. I am planning to tear the radio down completely and rebuild the radio with new and restored/rebuilt parts. Below are some pictures of my current progress.
